The staff took a lot of time with me and my wife explaining all of our options. We never felt rushed. After we went home to discuss it, they took the time to answer all of our additional questions, either over the phone or at the store. After we made our purchase, the instal was quick. The installer kept our house clean, walked us through all of the steps to start our fireplace and adjust it. He also was eager to answer any questions that came up when he was here.

Sedge, Preston and the team are extremely fair. They do not upsell or give false recommendations. We have had other companies do a lot less work, take more money and give us recommendations to pull out a fireplace. Metro House of Fire cuts through the BS and gives honest feedback, easy DIY recommendations, realistic repairs and the most non pressured approach we have experienced. Both my parents and us have been very pleased with them and would trust them for our fireplace needs. We highly recommend them.
